Accommodation and travel must be booked separately by delegates. Please note that The JW Marriott Turnberry, Miami is now sold out.

Overflow Accommodation
There are a number of hotels within walking distance to The JW Marriott Turnberry, Miami, including The Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall, which is approximately a 5 minute walk to the conference venue.

Important Reservation Information
Only registered conference attendees are eligible to stay at The JW Marriott Turnberry, Miami, at the conference group rate during the event dates. To ensure compliance, the conference registration list will be cross-checked with the hotel’s room reservation list.
Anyone (individual or company) holding a hotel reservation must have a corresponding conference registration with ISLA Americas no later than August 29, 2025. Failure to register by this deadline may result in a request to cancel the hotel reservation or the hotel charging the standard rack rate for the stay. ISLA Americas is not responsible for any charges incurred and does not assume responsibility for making, modifying, or canceling room reservations. Photography
By entering the conference, you understand that the official show photographer will be operating onsite and agree that by entering the event your photograph may be taken and this footage may be used by ISLA Americas for marketing purposes.
Press Registration
This conference is open to the press but reporters must register separately in advance. If you are a member of the press and wish to attend the conference, do not register online, but please contact us on: events@islaamericas.org.
Substitutions & Cancelation Policy
Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed to: events@islaamericas.org by August 31, 2025, minus a $150.00 processing fee.
If you cancel from September 1 to September 20, 2025, 50% of the registration fee is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after September 21, 2025.
Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Substitutions allowed up to 5:00pm EST September 30, 2025.
If the event is canceled by ISLA Americas, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, ISLA Americas does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.
Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.
All applicable refunds will be issued following the closing of the event. NOTE: credit card refunds will take approximately 10 business days to post to your account.
After this cut off date, we cannot refund registration fees and only substitutions are allowed.
ISLA Americas reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, ISLA Americas is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delegates in connection with their attendance.
