By entering the summit, you understand that the official show photographer will be operating onsite and agree that by entering the event your photograph may be taken and this footage may be used by ISLA Americas for marketing purposes.

Substitution & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration before Friday 18 April 2025.
All cancellation requests are subject to a $100.00 processing fee and must be made in writing to events@islaamericas.org.
After this cut off date, we cannot refund registration fees and only substitutions are allowed.
ISLA Amercias reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, ISLA Amercias is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delegates in connection with their attendance.
