Advocacy Working Group

The Advocacy Working Group is a collaborative forum comprising legal and regulatory professionals dedicated to addressing critical issues across the Americas in the areas of advocacy, tax, legal compliance, regulation, and industry best practices. This group serves as a platform for experts to engage in meaningful dialogue, share insights, and develop strategies to navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape. By fostering collaboration among regulators, industry members, and service providers, the working group aims to promote standardized practices, enhance market development, and ensure the industry operates within a robust and transparent framework. Through its efforts, the group seeks to drive innovation, mitigate risks, and support the growth and sustainability of the sector while upholding the highest standards of legal and regulatory integrity.

Frequency: Regular

Requirement: Member firms can apply to join the group, however regular attendance and active participation in relevant meetings is a prerequisite (ISLA Americas reserves the right to modify attendance based on the current composition).
