Latin America Working Group

The ISLA Americas Latin America Committee brings together institutional investors, asset managers, lenders, borrowers, technology providers, vendors, and exchanges to collaborate on key issues shaping securities lending markets across the region. The committee focuses on advancing market practices and regulatory frameworks to align with global standards, fostering greater efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. Through active engagement, the committee works to further open markets in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, supporting their integration into the global securities lending ecosystem.

• Frequency: Regular
• Requirement: Member firms can apply to join the group, however regular attendance and active participation in relevant meetings is a prerequisite (ISLA Americas reserves the right to modify attendance based on the current composition).
